If you’ve recently requested a new or replacement card, it has likely already been mailed to your registered address. Here's what to expect.
When was my card mailed?
Once your card request is approved, it is typically mailed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once it’s on its way.
How long will it take to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Rural or international addresses may take longer.
How will it arrive?
Your card will come in a plain, secure envelope marked with Safra Bank’s return address. Inside, you’ll find:
- Your new card
- Activation instructions
- Any additional terms or information
I haven’t received my card—what should I do?
If your card hasn’t arrived within 10 business days:
- Double-check your mailing address in the Safra Bank app or online banking.
- Contact our Customer Support team via chat or phone for assistance.
🔒 Tip: If you think your card may have been lost or stolen in the mail, report it immediately so we can issue a replacement.
